Sales Administrative Executive/ Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist superior in preparing proposal, presentation and questionnaires to clients. To follow up regularly on submitted proposal.
  • To attend the client’s queries, request and complaint; to follow up and ensure prompt and correct delivery as well as collection of outstanding accounts.
  • To liaise with the project and technical team to ensure proposals are technically correct and accurate.
  • To check, align, coordinate, discuss and follow up sub consultant’s proposal scope and to prepare issuance of PO for sub consultant.
  • To contact, monitor, send greeting cards & company profile, update and maintain clients(local & overseas) data base.
  • To monitor and discuss with superior on the sale project schedule status time to time.
  • To compile monthly prospects list of clients and recommended follow-up actions for submissions to superior.
  • To assist in the relevant conferences and exhibitions preparation.
  • Responsible for daily office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Bio-Technology, or other Business/Marketing related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in project/technical sales.
  • Good understanding of cGMP compliance and associated legislative standards, i.e. PIC/s, EU GMP and FDA standard for the pharmaceutical industry will be added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
  • Based in Malaysia but willing to travel (local and overseas).
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Experience / Knowledge in consultancy or project management will be added advantage
  • Able to perform ad hoc task that maybe assigned from time to time
  • Must be reliable, able to work under tight schedule and handle multi tasks.

Accounts & Admin Executive/ Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) of Finance & Admin in maintaining the accounting records;
  • Process monthly billing, claims and payment;
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and reporting;
  • Assist the HOD of Finance in banking matters, including bank reconciliation;
  • Support budget and forecasting activities;
  • Work with the HOD of Finance to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit;
  • Assist in corporate related matters;
  • Responsible for full spectrum of general office administration functions to ensure smooth operation in the organization;
  • Support the top management in ad hoc special projects, where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least professional certificate, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance ;
  • at least 1-2 years working experience;
  • Experience in handling MYOB accounting software is a must.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting doubles entries, and experience in project accounting will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, Access and Word;
  • Required the knowledge of withholding tax and SST includes Filling and Submission;
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required;
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken, will be an added advantage; and
  • Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Process/ Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • To design bio/pharmaceutical manufacturing process and facility (concept, basic and detailed design) in close cooperation with other disciplines.
  • To support the business development efforts in conceptual design phase, proposal stage and assist in technical presentation to clients.
  • To be responsible for engineering execution and project management including plant commissioning and validation/qualification activities.
  • Responsible to compile related design documents e.g. process flow diagrams, user requirement specifications (URS), tender specifications (TS), P&IDs, etc.
  • Responsible for engineering execution and project management during plant construction, commissioning, and qualification.
  • Technical and commercial review of quotations/bids.
  • Attend meetings with users/customers.
  • Commission and qualify process and equipment according to cGMP.
  • Liaise with local authorities during application and approval process.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Bio-Technology, Science or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the pharmaceutical or bio-tech industries with proven experience in pharmaceutical/bio-tech manufacturing process design.
  • Good understanding of cGMP compliance and associated legislative standards, i.e. PIC/s, EU GMP and US FDA standard for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in preparation and execution of commissioning and qualification protocols
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office applications.
  • Based in Malaysia but willing to travel (local and overseas).
  • Willing to be based in either northern or southern Malaysia.
